These terms govern the financial planning consultations and financial management guidance (“the services”) provided by Vortex Small Business Finance Co., Ltd. (บริษัท Vortex Small Business Finance จำกัด), Tax ID 0105469750764, of 75/9, Mittraphap Road, Mueang Khon Kaen, Khon Kaen 40000, Thailand. By booking or receiving a consultation you accept these terms.
The services
We provide one-to-one money-planning sessions and ongoing management guidance for microenterprises — cash-flow sheets, pricing-for-profit checks, tax-readiness routines and record-keeping guidance. The services are advisory and educational. We do not provide audited financial statements, tax filing, investment advice, or capital-raising services; for those we refer you to a licensed accountant or securities adviser.
Booking and scope
Each engagement begins with a no-charge first call. Before any paid work starts, we send a short scoping note describing what we will cover, what you will take away, and the agreed fee. No charge is made until you accept that note.
Fees
Fees are agreed in writing (by email) before work begins and are stated in Thai baht (THB). You will always know the fee before you commit. We do not add charges that were not agreed in the scoping note.
What we are responsible for
We carry out the engagement with reasonable care and skill, on the information you give us. The quality of our advice depends on the accuracy of the numbers and details you share; please tell us if something is missing or wrong.
What we are not responsible for
We do not guarantee any financial outcome, profit figure, or return. What a microenterprise earns rests on your own sales, costs, effort and market conditions. Our advice is general money-planning and management guidance for your situation, not a warranty of results. We are not responsible for decisions you make on the basis of the guidance, or for events outside our control (tax law changes, market conditions, and the like).
Cancellation and rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule a session at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. See our refund policy for what happens when a session is cancelled, missed, or already underway.

We handle your personal data in line with our privacy policy.
