This policy explains when fees for the financial planning consultations offered by Vortex Small Business Finance Co., Ltd. are refundable. It applies to consultation sessions and fixed-scope engagements booked through this site.
Eligibility
- A first call is free and is not charged, so no refund applies to it.
- A paid session booked and paid for in advance is refundable in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- A fixed-scope engagement (a multi-step piece of work agreed in a scoping note) is refundable for the portion of work not yet started.
Timeframe
Refund requests are handled within 7 working days of your request. The refund is returned to the original payment method where possible; if that is not available, we arrange an alternative with you.
Non-refundable items
- A session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or a no-show, is not refundable. You may reschedule it once at no extra charge where a slot is available.
- Work already started on a fixed-scope engagement is not refundable, because the time and the documents produced up to that point have already been spent.
- A session that has been completed and delivered is not refundable.
Rescheduling and deposits
Where a deposit is taken to hold a slot, it is fully refundable up to 24 hours before the session and is forfeited only for a late cancellation or no-show (one free reschedule permitted). We will tell you in the scoping note if a deposit applies.
How to request a refund
Email info@vortexschema.digital or call +66-43-246-813 with your name, the session or engagement, and the reason. We will confirm receipt within two working days and process the refund within the timeframe above.
